Before you send your first credit request, ensure your customers in Zedonk are updated with the correct Factoring Payment Terms in the Customers module.
Update your Customer records in Zedonk
Go to the Customers module and mark each of your 'Hilldun Customers' by ticking the Factoring tickbox.
Enter the Factoring Terms.
Save changes and move onto the next customer record.
