Raw Materials Inventory - Dispatch Notes - Manufacturer to Main

Create a Dispatch Note to receive Stock from the Manufacturer Inventory to your Main Raw Materials Inventory

From Raw Material Inventory - Dispatch Notes click on [New Dispatch Note]

Select From From [Manufacturer], Choose your Manufacturer from a Dropdown List and Select To [Main]

Under the Dispatch Details Tab, you can enter any additional information

1. Dispatch Note Reference

2. Dispatch Date

3. Enter any additional Comments

4. Mark as Dispatched when the Raw Materials area Dispatched

Under the Raw Materials Tab, you can enter the Quantities you are looking to Return from the Manufacturer Inventory to your Main Raw Materials Inventory

The Raw Materials that have positive unallocated stock at the Manufacturer, will autopopulate within the Raw Materials Tab.

Once confirmed, click [Save]
