1- Book Shipment (Delivery Note Export) - from Zedonk to Shiptheory
Once you're ready to start managing shipments with Shiptheory, you can start sending the delivery notes.
Go to your SALES ORDERS
Create your required delivery note/s and click 'SEND' from the Order Tracker:
...or the list view.
The Delivery Note/ Orders will be exported to Shiptheory and the product information for the products listed on those DNs will send across to Shiptheory alongside the Delivery Note export, e.g.:
The Carrier and Service can be selected within Shiptheory directly
Product information would look something like the below. (Prices are including VAT, excluding discount) - {Please reference the final section for mapping information}
You will be able to see details about your product exports and potential issues in your CONNECTOR's Activity.
2- Delivery Note Shipped - from Shiptheory to Zedonk
The 'Delivery Note Shipped' task will look up any orders/ Delivery Notes in Shiptheory under the "Complete" status to mark the Delivery Note as Shipped.
Then populate the "Tracking Number" field on the Delivery Note with the "[Carrier];[Tracking Number]"
N.B. You can set up NOTIFICATIONS so that you are notified every time a Delivery Note is Shipped and/or Modified.
You will be able to see details about your DELIVERY NOTE imports and potential issues in your CONNECTOR's Activity.

CONNECTOR
In the CONNECTORS section, you can see details about the latest exports/imports and potential issues with the interface. You can also manually push a Delivery Note Shipped Import
From Home page click on CONNECTORS
You will see your Shiptheory Connector
Click on the logo to access the connector. In the "Actions" area you will see a list of tasks.

Click on "Import" manually if you want Zedonk to check and collect the data before the hour.
CONNECTOR - Activity - Log
Click on 'Activity' on the connector to open the log
Here you see all your interface imports and exports. The most recent will be showing at the top by Date/Time
The column ACTION shows what process was performed.
The column STATUS shows if there was an error with that process.
Use the filters to isolate the data you are after.
Click on the + sign on the left to see more details on one specific process.
TASK with ERROR
The detailed breakdown shows all the steps of the process in chronological sequence.
It shows the line with the error (STATUS: ERROR) and provides a description in the details.
You can now investigate the issue.
