Production Analysis displays a breakdown of all products for all approved Sales Orders
Here you can:
- Preview and Create Production Orders for a selection of products/customers/orders.
- Report on Total quantities required for a selection of products/customers/orders.
- Report on Materials requirements for a selection of products/customers/orders.
- Generate Labels or Barcode labels for a selection of products/customers/orders.
- Generate Pick & Pack lists for breakdowns of products/customers/orders.
An Overview of the Production Analysis List View
Use the dropdown on top-left to select what Docket Tracking you want to include in the grid
All Systems:
OUTSTANDING : not on production order yet.
WORK IN PROGRESS: linked to a production order not yet received.
Inventory Systems:
PART RECEIVED: This product has been partially received on the production order.
COMPLETE : This product is fully received on the production order.
PART CLOSED : This product has some cancelled/closed quantities on the production order.
CLOSED : This product is fully cancelled/closed on the production order.
NON-PROD LOCATION: If you have multi-location inventory, this product is on a non-production inventory fulfilment location
Click [Select/Move/Filter] to customise your grid or to add filters
Select additional columns you want to include in your grid
Deselect the columns you don't want to see
Drag and drop columns to arrange them in your preferred order
Once you are happy with your layout save it by clicking [Select/Move/Filter] and [Save My Layout]
So that in future you can make other temporary changes, then reload your favourite version.
At the bottom of the [Select/Move/Filter] window you will find all the Filter-Only fields, which cannot appear on the grid, but you can still filter by
