Production Analysis - Create a Production Order - Non-Inventory Users

The Production Order (Docket) is a document generated to confirm the products that need to be produced by your manufacturer.

You can preview your Production Order(s) if you need to review quantities by any selection; product(s) and or manufacturer.

You can create Production Order(s) against selections which can be downloaded as PDF's and issued to manufacturers

List View gives a breakdown of Products per orders

A list of lines from the sales orders will be displayed.

[Clear Filter] to clear any previous searches and selections

[Quick Search] - you can search by Manufacturer, Product or Customer to create a selection for your Production Order

N.B. you cannot add products made by different manufacturers to one production order.

Search by manufacturer to see all products to be made by them

Search by product if you want that selection

This will find all the records that match your search criteria.

Or you can use [Select/Move/Filter]

You see all products made by the selected Manufacturer

Select the order lines you are interested in or [Select All]

Select the order lines you are interested in..... or Select ALL

From [X Selected] dropdown select [Preview Production Order] to preview the Production Order without generating

From [X Selected] dropdown select [Create Production Order]

To create a production order, click CREATE PROD ORDER,

a dialogue box will open, click OK (if you are sure)

a diaglogue box will open, click OK (if you are sure)

The system will now create a production order and allocate a 'docket number '

The system will now create a production number and allocate a "docket number

TRACKING - The status of this production order has also now changed from OUTSTANDING to WORK IN PROGRESS

TRACKING - The status of this production order has also now changed from PENDING to WORK IN PROGRESS

PRINT - Print Docket (with image and productions notes) or Print Production List (with financial values)

Select your required Document 'Type' and 'Style' from the pop-up + click [PRINT] to export your document
