Once the stock has been packed and you are ready to ship, you convert your Pick Ticket to a Delivery Note
From Orders, find the Order you are working on and click [OT] (Order Tracker)
Click [Action] button next to the Pick Ticket you want to convert
Click [Convert To Delivery Note]
Click [Yes]
The PT is now converted to a Delivery Note with the same number
The quantities that were in the 'Pick Tickets' column of your Product Stock Inventory will then move over to the 'DNs Unshipped' Column
