Sales App - Customers - Adding New Customers

You cannot add new customer records directly into the APP, instead template customers can be created

Create a New Customer or in Zedonk Web for every currency that you have

This is how you add new customers - read here

From Connectors, [All - Export] or [Customers - Export]

In the App, New Customer is visible in all currencies

Create orders to New Customer in correct currency

1. Add Customer name to ORDER REF - this will go through to Zedonk Web

2. Add any details you have about the customer to NOTES - this will go through to Zedonk Web

Submit Order to Zedonk Web

Add new client in Zedonk Web

From Orders, find and enter the order to New Customer

In the Order click [Change Customer] from the [Actions] dropdown

Select customer entry created and click [OK]

All products on order are there

Tick APPROVED if appropriate and SAVE AND CLOSE
