If you process new sales ordrers after creating a Production Order, you can then add (link) the extra units to your existing Production Order.
Items with an OUTSTANDING tracking status are not currently on a Production Order and can be added.
You can only add products from the same manufacturer to an existing Production Order.
Filter by Docket Number or Manufacturer.
Use [Select/Move/Filter] to filter for Outstanding tracking.
For more details, see List View - Advanced Search - Select/Move/Filter.
Click [Select All].
Select [Link] from the Production Order dropdown.
Confirm your action. If you have multiple production orders for this factory, select the correct order from the dropdown.
Your products are now added to this Docket/Production Order.
Click Clear All to clear your selection.
If needed, resend the docket to your factory. Select [Print] from the Action Menu to print or download your Production Order.
Print Docket: Exports a cutting-list document with one page per style.
Print Production List: Exports a summary of your production order, including values and overall totals.
