Stock Allocation - Pick Tickets - Delete/Inactive Pick Tickets

If you need to cancel a Pick Ticket (PT), you can make it inactive. This will hide the record from your main views without permanently deleting it.

To inactivate a Pick Ticket, open the Orders module and select the relevant pick ticket in the list view.

Or from the Order Tracker [OT]: Locate the order, open the relevant Pick Ticket, and select Edit.

Untick [Active]

Click [Save], then [Close]

The Pick Ticket is now inactive and will appear crossed out on the Order Tracker.

The product quantities will be released back to your closing stock and available for you to pick for other sales orders.
