Products can be created by BAND size by specifying this in the 'Colour' field that makes up the Product ID.
For example, 'BR001 LACE BLACK - 32 BAND' - this is so you can add the correct sized raw materials to your costing.
Your size category for this product will be the relevant CUP sizes i.e. A, B, C, D, DD etc. You can create different size categories if you do not offer the same Cup sizes across all Band Sizes.
A similar logic can be applied to managing Product Costings for Denim Jeans in terms of waist and length sizing variation.
First you create the required Raw Materials (If a CMT Product)
And the variants - e.g. for RMID: 'FOAM BRA CUP INSERTS' - the variants/'Colour's will be the CUP sizes
Read this for creating variants and this for copying variants
Repeat the process for all other sized Raw Materials e.g.:
Now create the Products
Add new Product
Create the STYLE and add the BAND size to the colour field
You need to ensure you have already created all the relevant size categories for each cup size in SETTINGS - click here for more info

Add the Raw Materials to your Product Costing:
On the 'Raw Materials' Tab: add your Raw Materials that DO NOT vary in size to the 'Raw Materials' tab and rate accordingly
Cup-Specific wires and foam inserts can be added to the sized raw materials tab and assigned to the relevant cup sizes (as per your selected size category).e.g:

To create further BAND size options, copy the original product costing
Update consumption details accordingly if required
Repeat for each BAND size you offer- you can amend the make cost and wholesale for each BAND size if necessary
If some bands offer different cup sizes, you can create a new size category for those different offerings, and assign the relevant size category to that product band size. For support with changing size category
When you have added sales order/production orders you will be able to place your Purchase Orders by BAND and CUP Insert size/quantity
> For Standard package clients: Your 'Quantity Needed' indication will be based on your Sales Order Quantities per size.
> For Inventory Clients: Your 'Quantity Needed' indication will be based on your COMBINED Sales Order and Production Order quantities per size.
