Upload swatch images for your Raw Materials in bulk
You must prepare your images first...
1. Files should be .jpeg / .jpg
2. Size 1000 x 1000
3. File name should be:
<RAW MATERIAL ID> <COLOUR>
or
<OUR REFERENCE> <COLOUR>
You can easily access the 'RAW MATERIAL ID' ' COLOUR' copying data from your Raw Materials List View and pasting into excel
Compress all your images in a zipped folder .zip
From Raw Materials dropdown select [Image Import]
Select [Choose File] to find your zipped folder or drag and dropped compressed file
Select [Validate] to run a check on the file names and format without importing the images
..or click [Import] to import the photos
Import - Results Log will show on screen highlighting the images that have imported. Click [OK] to return to the Raw Material Images File Import page, select [View Last Import Log] to view
Images have now been imported
Image are only visible in List View when Raw Materials by Colour is selected. For more information on amending your list view see Select/Move/Filter
