
You've sent some data to WooCommerce but you can't find it in WooCommerce
Have you checked your WooCommerce Connector activity log?
Most connector issues can be resolved easily by reviewing the Connector's activity and reading the error messages. Follow these steps to access the Connector History
Go to 'Connectors' > 'Woo Commerce' > 'Activity' within Connectors

Now you see a record of all your Export and Import activity for the WooCommerce Connector

1. Date Range for records below - you can enter your own date range and click on search.
2. You can choose to filter by direction (EXPORT/IMPORT)
3. Find the entry you want to review
4. The status column tells you QUEUED/IN PROGRESS/DONE/ERROR
5. Click on the '+' to see the details for the activity - in the example above the export was successfully sent to WooCommerce
6. Further filtering options
Here is an example of an error message - you can see that the error is because the product SKU cannot be found in WooCommerce. You can resolve this by correcting the product SKU in Woo Commerce and trying again.
