The Products Stock Inventory provides a comprehensive overview of your inventory levels within Zedonk. It allows you to track stock movements, review real-time availability, and reconcile inventory data to ensure accuracy across all your products. Mastering this module is essential for making informed decisions about production, sales, and supply chain management.

The Products Stock Inventory List View provides an overview of your stock activity by product colour and size
You can click on each inventory figure to see further details related to the figure displayed and the corresponding Barcode (if you have the Barcode Module).
You can also view the history of how closing figures have changed over time and export them in CSV format. After you click on the Closing figure to see further details, click on the History button.


1. 'With Movement' Filter
The 'With Movement' filter will be applied as default to only list Products with stock movements. To include products visible in your season without any inventory, click on the red 'x' to remove the 'With Movement' filter.
2. Opening Stock
Opening Stock is stock you started the season with

Opening Stock can be added via the Set Opening Stock page or via Data Import
3. Adjustments
Adjustments made to stock levels throughout the season

4. Sold
Total units listed on Sales Order for the season. Click on the figure to see a pop-up window of details of Sales Orders included in the calculation

5. Closed SO
Units listed on Sales Orders that have been Forced Closed. Click on figure to see overview of Close Sales Orders

6. Production
Total quantities listed on Production Orders. Click on figure to see details of related Production Orders
7. Closed PO
Stock that has not been received from a Production Order that has been marked as Closed

8. In Transit
Stock listed on an In Transit from a Manufacturer

9. Received
Stock booked in from your production orders.

10. Pick Tickets, DNs Unshipped & DNs Shipped
Units listed on Pick Tickets, Delivery Notes not marked as Shipped and Delivery Notes marked as shipped

11. Closing
Total units currently on hand (excluding units listed on PT or DNs)

12. Consignment
Quantities present on CONSIGNMENT ORDER delivery notes marked as SHIPPED will be listed in this column. Click on the figure to see a pop-up window of details of Sales Orders included in the calculation
13. Available
Available is units on hand not required for open Sales Orders and free to sell

14. Projected
A forecast of what your stock levels will be after all activities connected to this Product are complete

17. Multi Locations
The Multi Locations feature is a paid add-on that allows you to have multiple locations for your Product Stock Inventory. You can use this feature to separate your stock pools, for example - you can use locations to separate your faulty stock, and sample sale stock from your main products stock inventory, even if its stored at the same physical location.
