Add Stock Adjustment to multiple Products at once
From Product Stock Inventory dropdown select [Adjustments]
From Adjustments page, click [+ New Adjustment]
From the Select Products window, select Products required and click [Add X Products]...
You can filter by Product Category or click select to include images
Select sizes you wish to make an adjustment for and list reason in <Description> field
Closing Stock is displayed on screen to give insight onto current units on hand
Select [Add] to create...
Method will display as Manual with date, time stamp and User responsible for change
Editing and Removing Stock Adjustments
Please note that once a stock adjustment is submitted, it cannot be deleted or undone to ensure a permanent and transparent audit trail. If you realise an error was made or need to void a previous entry, you must create a new count-adjustment to offset the balance. For example, if you accidentally added 10 units to your inventory, simply create a corrective adjustment for -10 units. This approach keeps your current stock levels accurate while providing a clear history of why the correction was necessary.
