3. Settings
For more details including how to add Phases & Milestones, please see Settings - Phases & Milestones
Phases
Phases represent the key stages of your development and production lifecycle. They appear as horizontal lines against the timelines in your Gantt chart, with each phase showing both projected and actual start and end dates.
Production Delivery is always visible by default within Phases and cannot be deleted, though it can be marked as inactive if not needed. This is because the delivery dates entered in your Production Dockets in Z.Hub are linked to the Production Delivery phase in Z.Planner.
Milestones
Milestones highlight important dates in your timeline, such as a Lookbook Shoot, Show Day, or Factory Closure. They appear as vertical lines against the timelines in your Gantt chart.
4. Find Project/Find Product
You can locate Projects or Products on the grid using the relevant dropdown menus, either by selecting from the list or by searching directly.
Projects relate to the collection Projects created in Z.Studio, while Products refer to your Product Costings in Z.Hub.
