You can apply bulk actions to all Projects/Product Costings or a selection.
These are the actions you can perform in bulk:
Add/Update Projected Dates Rules
Add/Update Actual Dates
Select All Projects/Product Costings
From the Actions dropdown menu, select Select All.

Select the checkbox in the bottom-left corner of the Project Name/Product ID for the records you want to include.
Once you've made your selection, choose Bulk Actions from the Actions dropdown menu.
The Planner Bulk Action popup will appear.
You'll see a confirmation of the number of records selected. To continue, click [Next].
Select action to be performed from the list.
To continue, click [Next].
Add/Update Projected Dates Rules
Select the Phases you want to Add/Update.
For Blank Projected Dates select either;
- are ignored (no changes to the current record)
- will erase the current record
To continue, click [Next].
You'll see a confirmation of the action you've selected.
Click [Perform Action] to proceed.
A green pop-up will appear to confirm that the bulk action has been successfully performed.
Add/Update Actual Dates
Select the phases you'd like to add or update, then enter the revised Actual Start Date and Actual End Date.
For Blank Actual Dates select either;
- are ignored (no changes to the current record)
- will erase the current record
To continue, click [Next].
When an Actual End Dateis entered, the Completed checkbox will automatically be checked, marking the Phase as complete.
If the Completed checkbox is selected before entering anActual End Date, todays date will be filled in by default.
You'll see a confirmation of the action you've selected.
Click [Perform Action] to proceed.
A green pop-up will appear to confirm that the bulk action has been successfully performed.
