You can open the Dates Modal from your Projects and Products in Z.Planner, as well as in Z.Studio and Z.Hub.

Project / Product ID Image, Name and Colourways
The Project/Product ID Image, Name, and Colourways are located in the top-left of the Dates Modal. You can switch between Colourways by selecting the relevant option from the dropdown menu.
Split Colours
If your Project or Product has multiple colourways, Split Colours lets you switch between them, allowing you to view the dates for each colourway individually.
Ensure the toggle is set to Split Colours, then select a colourway from the dropdown menu within the modal to view the dates for that specific colourway.
Group Colours
When you switch the toggle from Split Colours to Group Colours within a Project or Product, a pop-up will appear asking which Colourway you want to apply dates and rules to for all selected colours in the group.
Switching from Split Colours to Group Colours will apply the dates and rules of the selected colour to all colours in the group.
Any existing dates or rules assigned to other colours will be overwritten and permanently lost.
To proceed, select the colour from the dropdown menu that you want to apply the date and rules to for all selected colours in the group, then click [OK] to confirm.
Once the colours are grouped, if you navigate back to Split Colours from Group Colours, you will not be prompted to select a specific colourway from the dropdown menu. The dates will be the same for all colourways until changes are made to the dates of a specific colourway.
CSV Download
To download a CSV of the dates for the specific Project or Product you're viewing, click the CSV Download button in the top-right corner of the Dates Modal.
Season Preview
Preview of the season the dates correspond to, based on your View Options settings.

Projected Dates and Rules
Projected dates, along with their associated rules, are located on the left-hand side of the modal.
Actual Dates
Actual dates are located on the right-hand side of the modal. Unlike projected dates, which follow rules, actual dates reflect when tasks were actually started and completed.
Copy Link Rules / Projected Dates
From within the Dates Modal, you can Copy Link Rules and Projected Dates from Projects and Product Costings.
