When you enter Z.Planner, the first thing you'll see is the Views modal. This modal controls the data displayed on the Gantt chart.
You can set the Views Modal to open automatically when entering Z.Planner by selecting the Always Open When Starting Z.Planner checkbox, located in the bottom-left corner of the View Options.
Select the options you want to display on the Gantt chart, then click [OK] to apply.

Critical Path - View Options
On the left side of the view modal, you can choose how the Critical Path is displayed.
1. By Collection
By Collection - select from collections in Z.Studio.

To view by collection, select [By Collection], then choose one or more collections from the Collection dropdown.
2. By Season
By Season - select from seasons in Z.Hub
For more information, see Seasons.
To view by season, select [By Season], then choose one or more seasons from the Season dropdown.
3. Overall
[Overall] allows you to view all dates for the Collection(s) and/or Season(s) selected.
Example View - By Season > Overall
4. By Project/Product
Selecting [By Project/Product] allows you to view projects and products either grouped by color or split by color.
5. Group Colours
View Projects/Projects grouped by colours.
Example View - By Project/Product > Group Colours
6. Split Colours
View Projects/Projects split by colours.
Example View - By Project/Product > Split Colours
Whether viewing [Overall] or [By Product/Project], the system uses the earliest and latest dates of the relevant records for each phase to summarise the timeline.
Arrange By
Z.Studio and Z.Hub share Product categories, therefore you can arrange by any product category available in your system.
To arrange projects or products by product category, select a category from the dropdown or choose None.

Sort
To sort by [By Project Name] or [By Product Name], click Sort [ABC] and select your preferred option.
To sort by date supplied, click the clock icon.
Arrange in Ascending or Descending Order
For all sorting options, choose ascending [↑] or descending [↓] order.
Phases Show/Hide
On the right side of the view modal, you can choose how phases are displayed.
Phases represent the key stages of your development and production lifecycle. They appear as horizontal lines against the timelines in your Gantt chart, with each phase showing both projected and actual start and end dates.

Phases Show/Hide > Options
On the Gantt chart, you can choose to show or hide the following options:
Show Phases Without Dates - displays phases that do not have dates assigned
Hide Phases Without Dates - hides phases that do not have dates assigned
Show Completed Phases - displays phases that are completed
Hide Completed Phases - hides phases that are completed
To view only outstanding projects or products, select Hide Completed Phases.
By Date Range
To filter phases by a specific date range, select the filter from the dropdown and pick your dates.
Display Phases
Choose which phases are displayed on the Gantt chart by toggling each phase on or off.
Clear All Displayed - hides all phases
Select All Displayed - shows all phases
