The JOOR Connector is an optional add-on. If you can't access it from the Connectors module or would like more information, please contact our Client Success team at [email protected].
Data exported from Zedonk will not immediately show on Joor. You'll have to wait for Joor to process the data export at their end.
Export Settings
Before exporting your data from Zedonk to JOOR, check your JOOR Connector export settings:
Go to Connectors > JOOR Connector > Settings.
To sell from stock on Joor, select the seasons you'd like to Export Price(s) and Available to Sell (ATS) figures for.
If you have Available to Sell (ATS) stock for a product across multiple selected seasons, Zedonk send the combined total stock for all seasons.

If any products are visible in multiple seasons, the price sent to Joor will be from the most recent season that the product is visible in.
If a product is in the Catalogue, but not visible in any of the selected seasons, it will still be exported but with prices of "0.00".
To include Future Available to Sell (ATS) stock, select the checkbox in Settings > General.
The future availability date we send to Joor comes from the product lines From date in the production order. See example image below.
To export this date correctly the product lines From date (Available to Sell (WIP)) in the production order must be entered and set to a future date.
Joor receives your Available to Sell (ATS) and Available to Sell (WIP) Work In Progress figures separately.
How to Export Customers, Images, Products and Stock to Joor.
Click on Actions within the Joor Connector to view all actions.
Customers Export: Click the green arrow button to export your customer details.
Images Export: Click the green arrow button to export your product images.
Products Export: Click the green arrow button to export your product data.
Stock Export: Click the green arrow button to export your stock levels.
Customers Export
The Customers - Export: will export to Joor your customer details with an Account Code in Zedonk.
- Only Delivery (1) and Accounts (2) addresses are exported from Zedonk to Joor
- Existing Joor customer records will be automatically created/updated after the export
When orders are imported from Joor
- Delivery (1) and Accounts (2) addresses received from Joor will show on the Order in Zedonk.
- If these addresses don’t already exist in Zedonk, they will be automatically added to the customer record.
- The Store Address (3) on the order always populates from the record in Zedonk.
Images Export
Images - Export will export 'Image 1' from for the products in your catalogue to Joor.
Once you've run the Images Export you will need to click on the Product Export action for the images to appear in Joor.
The ideal product image dimensions for Joor are 660x900 pixels, or a larger multiple of this ratio.
The maximum image size we allow in Zedonk is 1320x1800 pixels.
Image 1 is located in Product Costings under the Media tab
Products Export
All Products must have a barcode number assigned in Zedonk before exporting to Joor.

The Products - Export action will export to Joor products/information contained in the catalogue.
If you have previously exported products to Joor and you need to move a product from one Linesheet to another, follow these steps:
- Remove product(s) from the Catalogue.
- Click Product Export action (product(s) will be dropped from Joor).
- Add products back onto the catalogue, in the new linesheet folder.
- Click Product Export action (products will be added to Joor in the correct linesheet).

Stock Export
The Stock - Export action sends your stock levels, such as Available to Sell (ATS) and Available to Sell (WIP) Work In Progress, from Zedonk to Joor based on your export settings.
