Why you should want a warehouse integration?

Warehouse integrations can automate your workflows, removing manual tasks from your team, mitigating human errors and helping hundreds of brands rapidly scale by reallocating resources from logistics to where they're needed most.

Integrating with your warehouse is a paid add-on and may require a setup fee. Contact our Client Success Team to discuss further.

Does this sound useful to you?

  1. Bulk create products in your WMS (Warehouse management system)

    1. Updating your inventory when received at the warehouse
  3. Send Pick Tickets to your warehouse
    1. Receiving Packing confirmation in response -  Converts a PT to a DN and updates with final packed qty, weight & dimensions to reserve booking slots
    2. Shipping confirmation - gives you a tracking number and marks a DN as shipped
  4. Send returns to your warehouse
    1. Updating your inventory when received at the warehouse
  5. Receive stock adjustments from your warehouse from a stock count, or other inventory adjusting actions initiated by the warehouse

We do our best to create the most comprehensive integrations possible, yet we are limited by the functionality of the 3PL and not all warehouse will perform all of the above steps. See Specifics for more details on each warehouse

Pre-requisites

The following modules are required for most warehouse integration

You’re wondering what this means in your system?

There’ll be a few simple changes:

  1. You’ll gain another icon in your connectors module. From here you can view all activity through the connector, trigger some task & control connector settings.
  2. We’ll add a ‘Send’ button to any document needed at the warehouse
    • In Transit (ASN)
    • Pick Tickets (Order)
    • Return Authorisations
    • Stock Transfers (if multi-location)

When they've processed each of the above, we'll receive a message fro the warehouse and update your inventory accordingly.

If you don’t have access to the Connectors module,  please contact your system admin.

  5. Our dev team will inform us when this is ready for testing and we'll share a testing tracker with all parties
  6. When we're happy with the testing phase, we'll demo the integration to you and your team. This can be recorded and shared amongst your team
  7. We'll share with you user guides on how to use the connector, how to troubleshoot your issue and where's the best place to raise any support queries
