If you have Multi-Location
If you have multi-location, you'll need to select a fallback location for stock adjustments.
In the event the warehouse doesn't supply us with a location but one is needed to perform the action required, this will be the default location selected.
Export Products
Tick any season you want to send products from. All visible products from the selected seasons will be sent. If a product is visible in multiple seasons, we'll send it from the most recent season that it's visible.
Import Adjustments
Adjustments can be positive (+1) or negative (-1)
Similarly to above, when importing adjustments, we look for the season a product is most recently visible, with closing stock greater than 0. If all selected seasons have closing stock of 0 or less, we'll negatively adjust the most recent season that product is visible.
In the example below, we'll import the adjustment into FW24
