Our Alert's will keep you notified of anything critical happening in your system. This article is focused on Alerts related to warehouse interactions.

View Alerts by clicking the Bell icon in the top right of your screen.

If you can't see the Bell, your user is yet to setup any Alerts. See Alerts to set these up in your system. If you can't see this section in your settings, please contact your system admin to give you permission.
Connector Success/Failure

The 'Connectors' section of the alerts page isn't connector or task specific. It will send an alert if any connector task is successful or fails.
This is the only Alerts section that relates specifically to connectors tasks. All other sections we'll cover are related to other actions within your system and can be triggered by manual action or automatically by a connector's action.
Production
- Book In - When the warehouse has fully received an inbound shipment, they'll send us a message with the final quantities. We'll bring this into your system, convert your In Transit to a Book In and this Alert triggered.

Orders
- Pack Confirmation - When the warehouse has Pick & Packed your order, they'll send us a message with Weight and Dimensions and if successful, we'll convert your Pick Ticket to a Delivery Note and this Alert triggered.
- Dispatch Confirmation - When your order has left the warehouse, they'll send us a message with the tracking number. We'll bring any relevant data into Zedonk, mark you Delivery Note as Shipped and this Alert triggered.

Returns
- Return Confirmation - When your warehouse has fully received a Return shipment, they'll send us a message with the final quantities received. We'll bring this into Zedonk, mark your Return Auth as Received and this Alert triggered.

Stock Transfers
- Transfer Confirmation - When your warehouse has fully received a Stock Transfer at the desired location, they'll send us a message. We'll convert your Transfer Ticket to a Transfer Note and mark it as Shipped and the below Alert is triggered.
