Expected at your warehouse
We've created products in your warehouse, now we need to let your warehouse know what they should receive.
Once you've created a Production Docket, enter the document and navigate to the Book In screen in the top right corner
+Add an In Transit with the quantities expected on the delivery. After saving you'll notice a Send button is added to the In Transit. Hit that Send button and the warehouse will get your In Transit shortly.
If you have Multi-Location, or multiple warehouse integrations, you may see an arrow on your Send button. This will open a drop-down menu to select where to send the In Transit.
A green ✓ on the 'Sent' button lets you know it was successful.
If you see X Error instead of a Sent button, check your Connector Activity for more details
Received at your warehouse
Once your warehouse has received the delivery and added everything to stock, your Zedonk inventory will be updated with the final quantities and the shipment marked as Received.
