Now that your products are created and your stock received, let's send to your Customers.
Pick Ticket send
Once you've created a Pick Ticket, adding everything you want to ship, navigate to the Grid or OT view. A Send button will be present on any Pick Tickets. Hit that Send button and the warehouse will receive your order shortly.


A green ✓ 'Sent' button lets you know it was successful.
If you see X Error, check your Connector Activity for more details
Pack Confirmation
Once picked and packed by the warehouse, they'll send us an update with final quantities, weight and dimensions of the your order. Zedonk will convert your Pick Ticket to a Delivery Note (DN), adding any relevant details to the DN.
Dispatch Confirmation
When your order has left the warehouse, we'll get another update. Marking your DN as shipped and grabbing the Tracking Number if provided.
