Zedonk's reporting feature is a powerful way to display your business data. You can display a report directly in Zedonk, without exporting it in Excel/CSV formats.
Finding the Right Report
Search: Need a report with specific information? Use the search bar! Just type in a keyword, like "sales" or "inventory," and Zedonk will find reports containing that field. (See: "Reports - Search for reports containing a specific field")
If you're unsure which report to use, check the Reports - Types and Uses Summary for a quick overview of what each report offers.
Displaying Your Report
Once you've found the report you need, simply click on it. Zedonk will generate the report based on the default settings.
Customising Your Report
Columns - You can hide or move columns to organise your report to see only the information that matters to you. (See: Reports - Hide and Move Columns)
Filters, Grouping, and Sorting: Need to drill down into your data? Use filters to show specific results, group similar data together, and sort by your preferred criteria. (See: Reports - Filter, Group and Sort)
Multiple Seasons: If you need to include data from more than one season, select seasons from the Season column or untick the tickbox in the CS (Current Season) column. (See: Reports - Include Multiple Seasons)
Exporting Your Report
Need to share your report or work with the data outside of Zedonk? You can easily export it to a CSV or Excel format. (See: Reports - Export your Report)
