The 'Product - CSV Download' function allows you to export your Connector's Catalogue to CSV.
The CSV file provides key information on the products and ATS sent to Shopify.
Go to Connectors > Shopify Connector > Actions > Product - CSV Download
The "CSV Download" file provides some key information that confirm if products are synchronised and what Available To Send (ATS) values are exported from Zedonk:
- Shopify Product Type
- Product ID
- Product Description
- Shopify Product ID
- Shopify Title
- Size
- Barcode
- Shopify Variant ID
- Available To Sell
- Sale Price
If the "Shopify Variant ID" is missing this will inform you that there is no link between the two systems for this product/size.
This means Zedonk cannot update products in Shopify via the Product Export or Price Export.
