For one product in Zedonk, you may have multiple product listings in Shopify assigned to the same barcode.
Zedonk now allows for exports on your Shopify Connector to apply to multiple product listings in Shopify with the same barcode applied.
To send stock to multiple products in Shopify
Enter the same barcode on the multiple products in Shopify matching the barcode on the product in Zedonk > action a stock export.
To export updated product information to multiple products in Shopify
Ensuring that:
- Your duplicate products have the required barcodes present in Shopify
- The products are in your catalogue on the connector in Zedonk
- The products are synced/linked between systems
... You can action a product export to send updated product information to your duplicate products in Shopify.
You can check if your products are linked between systems by exporting the CSV download from your connector. If there are no Shopify Product IDs, or Shopify Variant IDs for the product you require, your products are not linked between systems and you would need to action an updated Product ID Sync.
To export updated pricing information to multiple products in Shopify
Ensuring that:
1. Your duplicate products have the required barcodes present in Shopify
2. The products are in your catalogue on the connector in Zedonk
3. The products are synced between systems
