Not covered by all warehouses, click here to review warehouses by location. Additionally, if this task exists for your required connector and you do not wish to utilise it, this task can be removed from your connector as it is optional.
In the event that units need to be added or deducted from your stock pool which aren't specific to a GRN or Order originating from Zedonk, the warehouse will have the option to send adjustments via the connector to manually adjust inventory accordingly. This tends to work best when discussed with the warehouse as to how the client wishes to manage this.
Stock Adjustments
Once we've received information on the stock adjustment from the warehouse, this will import into Zedonk accordingly creating a stock adjustment within the Product Stock Inventory of the relevant season. This can be either positive or negative, and the description for the adjustment will pull through as the description provided by the warehouse.
If there are any questions as to where the adjustment originated from, or the reasoning for the adjustment, it would always be best to consult with your warehouse first.
