Alerts are your real time update for activity in your system.
If you see a yellow dot there is an alert waiting for you.
Click on the yellow dot for an update on activity in your system.
Zia
Zia is your AI assistant.
Ask a question and Zia will reply in chat.
If Zia cannot resolve your issue, you can easily escalate your inquiry to our Client Success Team.
Zedonkopedia
Zedonkopedia is an online resource offering comprehensive guides and step-by-step instructions to assist users in effectively navigating and utilising the Zedonk ERP system. It serves as a centralised knowledge base, covering various aspects of the platform.
Enter a topic or keyword to search Zedonkopedia.
News
The primary functional addition to this hub is the News feature. This channel serves as the official source for critical system communication, including notifications regarding new platform changes, key updates (such as planned maintenance scheduling), and celebratory milestones.
When you see a red pulse we have something to share with you. Mark it as Read to stop the pulsing.
Read/Unread Messages
Click the button in the top right corner in your News feed to Show Unread Only (messages) or Mark All as Read.
Search
You can search for messages in your newsfeed by entering keywords in the search bar.
Use the dropdown menu on the left side of the search bar to filter your search by Area or Label.
