If you cannot remember your password or Zedonk is telling you that it is incorrect - you can reset your password provided the email you enter is the registered email for that user name.
Click [Forgot Password?]

Enter your User Name and E-mail Address and click [Send Link]

This message will pop up on your screen, click [OK]

Check your emails and click on the link to reset password
If you have not received the password reset email after you complete the above steps, the email address registered to your user does not match the one you provided. Please contact your Zedonk administrator to update your registered email address via the System Settings and reset your password.

Enter your User Name and new password, then click [Submit]

Click on the eye symbol to reveal the new password

The confirmation message will pop up on your screen
Click [OK] to log in

No Account Found
If you enter an email address that is not registered to the User Name or the User Name does not exist, you will see 'No Account Found' message.

Complete the form and click [Contact Support]
An automated message will be sent to the Zedonk Help Desk
