Zedonk tells you the user account is locked (because the wrong password was entered too many times on previous attempts).


You can ask your admin user to unlock your account from their Settings > Company>Company Users
...or you can continue below to unlock your own account:
Enter your USER NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS - this MUST be the email address that is registered for this user name - and click SEND LINK

This message will pop up on your screen - click OK

Go to your email account - this is the email you will get - click on the link
Enter USER NAME and enter
NEW PASSWORD - enter a new password - read the RULES ! or you can enter your old password
Click SUBMIT

This message will pop up on your screen - click OK - now you are logged in and on the HOME SCREEN. Your account is now unlocked.
