The Customers module serves as the central location for your customer details, including store, delivery and accounts addresses. The module provides a comprehensive repository for all essential customer information.
Within the Customers module, you can record and organise detailed profiles for each of your customers. This includes not only basic contact information but also crucial operational data such as customer priority, payment details, shipping instructions to ensure accurate and timely delivery, and valuable internal notes for tracking interactions, preferences, or any other relevant information.
By consolidating the data in one accessible location, the Customers module allows you to effectively manage customer interactions, streamline sales and shipping processes, and gain deeper insights into your customer base.
Select Customers to view complete list of all active Customers
If you have the option to manage retail orders in your system, the customer list view will differentiate between your wholesale, consignment, and retail customers.
Click [Select/Move/Filter] to customise your grid or to add filters
- Select additional columns you want to include in your grid
- Deselect the columns you don't wanna see
- Drag and drop columns to arrange them in your preferred order
Select 'SO In This Season' to view Customers with a Sales Order in the present season only
