A seasonal overview of each customer Total Orders, Invoiced and Credited, both in units and in value, with 'Budget (CCY)' column to manage seasonal customer OTBs.
Select the Customer record and select History tab
Scroll Down to grand totals for all seasons for the Customer
Click [Export CSV] to export this information to a CSV file.
Enter the budget figures to manage seasonal customer OTBs. The Budget column values can be displayed in the Orders, and Selections areas using the 'Select/Move/Filter' tool
