You can Edit a selection of Customers and add/update details in bulk:
- Add/Update Customer Category
- Add/Update Customer Territory
- Add/Update Customer Priority
- Add/Update Shipping Terms
- Add/Update Currency and Bank Details
- Add/Update Payment Terms
- Add/Update Export Declarations
- Add/Update Customer Location (for multi-location inventory clients only)
Select all the Customers you want to apply the action to
Click [X Selected] dropdown and select Bulk Action
Zedonk will confirm and remind you how many records you have selected >> Next
Select the action you wish to perform before selecting [Next]
Follow the instructions on screen to select or input the info required >> Next
Zedonk will give you a Recap of the action you are about to Perform >> Perform Action
A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen once the action has been completed.
