You can add notes and attachements to a Customer Record. Notes can be used as memos and attachments can be stored and download when needed.
From the Customer record select Notes tab click [+Add]
Select a Tag
Your Customer Note Tags list must be created in your Settings, for more information on Customer Note Tags
Input your Note or add an attachment
Select [Save]
All your notes will be listed on the left of the screen and you can filter by tag and/or search by text
