Select Customers and fields, export them, amend details and import back into Zedonk to update
Please note that it is currently not possible to update customer addresses and contact details in bulk. These will need to be updated manually.
Ensure the data fields you wish to amend are visible on Customer List View
In the example below, all Customers records selected will have Account Code updated
From Select / Move / Filter ensure Account Code is selected. Apply any other filters required and select [OK] to confirm
Once selected, click [x Selected] and [Export CSV] to download .csv file of data on screen
Open .csv file to view all data displayed on List View
Make required amendments
Save amended .csv file somewhere on your computer ready for import
From Customer dropdown menu select Data Import - General
You see final validation screen to review proposed changes to data, once reviewed, click [Import Data] to import all changes
From Import Data popup click [OK] to import all changes
