1. Select All records

2. Clear All records

3. Take BULK ACTIONS for selected products

4. Export selected records to .csv file - use for BULK UPDATE of existing products

5. Export selected records to .csv file - use for Exporting and Updating BOMs of existing products

6 & 7. Print Bill of Materials  for selected products 

8. Print Labels for selected products 

9. Print Barcodes for selected products

10. Create a Line Sheet/Price List with selected products

Click [Clear Filter] to return to the standard view that only displays Active and Visible products.

Search for all records with e.g. 'silk' as - enter 'silk' in search field and click [Search]

To include inactive records, click 'X' next to Active:

1. Card View allows you to organise your Products visually by Image 1 in the Media tab. Each card includes Image 1, Style, Fabric, Colour, Description, Active, Visible & Withdrawn status.

2. Auto-sizes each column to fit the data in that column

3. Expands the columns to fit the browser screen size you are working on

4. Extended Filtering and Layout Management

1. Select/Move/Filter - To open the 'Select/Move/Filter' menu to edit the list view layout
2. Save My Layout - To save your layout once you have edited the list view
3. Load My Layout - To load your saved layout
4. Zedonk Default Layout - Revert to the Zedonk Default Layout if needed

1. These columns will always appear on the left of your screen if selected
2. You can select and/or move these columns to create your own screen layout

1. You can OPEN the record to EDIT, print the record or create labels ( Barcode is only visible if you have subscribed to BARCODE MODULE )
