
You can enter all data relevant for exportation, this information will populate customs documentation
1.Custom Type
Chose from your drop down that can be managed in Product Settings - Customs Types
2. Textile Content
Enter textile content breakdown (100 characters maximum). This shows on all Customer facing paperwork including Export Invoice If you need more room - use SALES ORDER NOTES.
To COMPOSE your Textile Content click on [COMPOSE]

Here you will see a List of all Raw Materials listed under the Raw Materials Tab of the Product
1. View the Compositions listed within the Raw Material in the Raw Materials Module
2. Click on [Insert] to pull from the "Composition" field within the Raw Materials Module
3. Amend the Composition for the overall Product
4. Click [OK] when complete
3. Sales Order Notes
Enter Product information for this product that you want to show on all Customer facing documents i.e. Cites Information, Textile Content overflow, Drops etc.
4. MID Code
Pulls from manufacturer entry
5. Country of Origin
This will auto populate with whatever is on Manufacturers record but you can select something different here
6. HTS Code
This is an export code required when you export to USA and other countries. Enter it here and it will pull through to all relevant Customer facing documents including Export invoice - click here for more information
7. INTRASTAT Code
If you are an EU-based company you may be asked to report on the goods delivered within the EU. This is different from the EC Sales List. Populate this field with INTRASTAT CODE and it will pull through Customer Export Documents and to REPORTS>SALES>INTRASTAT. Enter the unit WEIGHT for your product - this goes to the Delivery Note and will be used to calculate the net weight of your delivery
