Add Product Links to Existing Products in bulk using the Import Template. Mandatory fields for adding Product Links to existing Products are Product ID, Size or Barcode & Link URL.
From Product Costings dropdown menu select [ URL Import].
Select [Download Template] to download .csv template file.
All mandatory columns need to be completed on the .csv template in order to add URL Links to Products.

Complete .csv file
1. Product ID : Enter the Product ID to which you are allocating links.
* Data must match exactly what is in Zedonk. Blank fields will be ignored.
2. SIZE or BARCODE : Choose to populate one of these columns to identify the specific item:

3. Link URL : Enter the specific Link URL for each product and size combination.
Upload File.
Step 1 : Select File.
Once complete, drag and drop your .csv file to import the data into Zedonk.
Select [Next] to continue.
Step 2 : Confirm Columns.
Review your data on the Validation screen and click [Next].
A pop-up window will display the Validation Results; click OK to continue.
Step 3 : Validate Data.
Click Validate Data to check your file for errors.
Once validation is complete, a pop-up window will appear; click OK to continue..
Select [Import Data] to complete the process and upload your information.
A pop-up will appear stating Data Successfully Imported. Click OK to close.
