You can make a Purchase Order inactive. The inactive status is halfway to being deleted, and the record will no longer show unless you specifically look for it.
To inactivate multiple purchase orders simultaneously, a bulk action feature is available upon request in Zedonk. Contact [email protected] for further details.
Locate the Purchase Order you wish to remove
Deselect [Active] tick box to make PO inactive
Inventory Users, if you've created BOOK IN(s) then you will need to inactivate these before you inactivate or delete PO
1. Inactivate - PO still in Zedonk but not active - untick ACTIVE - you can search for inactivate records
2. Save + close
All quantities on this PO will be removed and requirements adjusted.
Inventory Module users, Ordered Quantity and Projected Stock will be adjusted
The inactive PO will only be visible in List View if 'Active' filter is removed
