Record in Zedonk when the balance pending on a Purchase Order will no longer be sent by your supplier.
Find the Purchase Order and click [Partial] in the book in column
Within the PO click [Book In] to review book ins
You can see a recap of the purchase order and the quantity pending
Tick [Force Close] in line with Raw Material to force close single Raw Material
Or tick [Force Close] in Delivery Detail text box to Force Close all remaining pending quantities
The Closed quantity is now visible in Closed column in PO Book In
The PROJECTED stock in your inventory will change accordingly, and Zedonk might now be showing again a requirement for this material.
