Once Raw Materials have been received, a Book In is required against the Purchase Order to inform Zedonk of the received quantities and to update Raw Materials Inventory
All deliveries received will need to be booked in, whether delivered to MAIN or MANUFACTURER
From List View locate the Purchase Order and click on [Pending] or [Partial] under Book In
Book In Details tab will tell you...
1. PO Quantity - amount on Purchase Order
2. Received - quantity received already
3. Closed - quantity closed on the Purchase Order
4. Pending - amount still to be delivered
5. Force Close - tick Force Close if your order is not fully delivered but you are NOT getting any more deliveries
From Book In tab, click the green [+Add] button and enter a Book In Reference and Book In Date
Enter the quantity received or click arrow button to autofill
1. Autofill all quantities
2. Zero all quantities
3. Autofill by line
You can add as many Book Ins as required
To print the Book In, click [Actions] dropdown within the Book In and select [Print]
Click [Save] & [Close] to go back to List View
You can now see the overview of the purchase order status
