You can add notes and attachments to a Purchase Order. Notes can be used as memos or to store attachments to be downloaded when needed
From the Purchase Order record select Note tab and click [+ Add]
Select a Tag
Your Purchase Order Notes Tag list must be created in your Settings, for more information on creating Purchase Order Note Tags.
Input your note and add attachment
Select [Save] & [Close]
