Initial Order Selection within Stock Allocation. For Multi Location users, the picks/pick tickets will be location-specific.
The Sales Orders you see on the list view will be specific to the selected location.
The quantities you see as 'Available to Pick' will be specific to the closing stock/received quantities within the selected location.
You will first need to select the Location with the quantities you would like to manage the pick against
Once you have selected the location you will see the following message pop up...
Click a header to sort by data contained in that field
You can sort by Order Priority
For more information on Customer Settings - Customer Priorities
You can sort by the Delivery Dates of the orders
Use the Quick Search function to search using the following values...
SO Number
Customer
Order Reference
Or Select/Move/Filter to apply further filters

Above example to view 1 priority orders only
With the required filters applied, select the orders you wish to allocate stock to and click [Next]
You are now taken to the Pick Allocation Screen
