Use to create a Production Order for products featured on Customer's Sales Orders with the multi location module.
Production Book In / Book Out is part of the Inventory Module and is an optional add-on. Multi-Location is another separate module. Click here HELLO ZEDONK for more information about the Inventory Module
From Production Analysis filter the results as you require, then select all the lines you want to include in the Production Order
You can filter your results using the Quick Search, or be more specific using the Advanced Search.
You can only add Products from a single Manufacturer to the same Production Order and only if the tracking status is 'Outstanding'.
Click on [Production Order] and select [Create Production Order]
Confirm Manufacturer and Records selected are accurate and click [OK] to continue
Enter all details in the Docket Details tab for the Production Order and click save to confirm...
From the Products tab, enter the quantities required or click AutoFill to add all units required to fulfil Sales Orders
Amend Actual Cost, if required...
... and add specific delivery dates per Product if required...
If the selected Sales Orders are related to multiple inventory locations from the Production Analysis screen, head to the 'Ship To' Tab to specify the production shipping split per location
Within this tab, you will need to specify which quantities out of your production quantities are to be shipped to each relevant location.
The 'Linked SO' quantities are specific to each location of the linked sales orders.
This can be autofilled.
Any overages or shortages accidentally entered (in relation to the docket's production quantities) will be flagged as below, you will not be able to proceed/save until you have balanced out the production order quantities per size between locations.
If the total amount assigned per location, across all locations, is a total equal to the production quantity (but there is more or less than the linked SO quantity), you will be able to save and proceed but the linked SO quantity with the shortage will still be in red, and a yellow warning triangle will show on the 'Ship To' tab.
