The stock from the manufacturer has arrived and has been counted. The In Transit or ASN now needs to be converted to a Book In to receive this stock into your inventory for that location.
Locate the required Production Order and click on 'Pending'/ 'Partial' in the Book In column to locate the In Transit for that Docket
From Book In tab, locate the In Transit you wish you convert to a Book In
You have the option to filter by location if you wish
If required, amend Date, Reference, and Quantities to match what is physically received
Select [Convert to Book In] once all details are correct
Click [OK] to confirm, and [Save]
Back to your Book In details page, the pie chart has now been updated to reflect units Received
Click on the product header on the 'Book In Details' tab to view a breakdown of the quantities per location for that product.
List view is now updated to reflect units Booked In
Within your Product Stock Inventory for that location, the units will reflect as Received
