An In Transit, also known as an Advanced Shipping Notice, is a list of units expected from your Manufacturer that can be counted against before Booking In and adding stock to Inventory
From Production Orders, find the correct docket and click [Pending] or [Partial] in the Book In column
Book In Details shows you overview of Production Order and any units received
From Book In tab, select [+ Add]
Select [In Transit] to create new
Complete the form according to the packing list you have received from your Manufacturer
You can use the 'Autofill' buttons to autofill by line or the full balance for all styles all at once.
You can select Print from Actions menu to generate PDF for In Transit
Back to your Book In details page, the pie chart has now been updated to reflect units added to In Transit
