The stock from the manufacturer has arrived and has been counted. The In Transit now needs to be converted to a Book In to receive this stock into your inventory.
Raising an In Transit is the Zedonk equivalent of raising an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice). Raising a Book In is the Zedonk equivalent of raising a GRN (Goods Received Note).
Locate the Production Order and click in Pending column to view In Transit created
From Book In tab, locate the In Transit you wish you convert to a Book In
If required, amend Date, Reference, and Quantities to match what is physically received
Select [Convert to Book In] once all details are correct
Click [OK] to confirm
Once you convert units to a Book In, they will no longer appear under In Transit.
List view is now updated to reflect units Booked In
