You can add/update Product Dates for multiple Production Orders with the Product Date Import tool.
From the Production Orders dropdown menu select [Product Date Import]
Select [Download Template]
- This import tool allows you to Add/Update Product From and To Dates from a CSV file.
- The file must be a csv file, no larger than 25Mb and have under 1000 lines.
- The dates must be in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
- If you edit a file in Excel and save, you may lose any leading zeros (more)
- Click the "Import" button to process the csv file, creating the specified book in's.
Select the docket(s) you wish to add/update the Product Date for, then click on the 'Export (x) Dockets' button to generate the template file
Open file in Excel to add/update Product Dates
A CSV file will be populated with details from the Production Order(s)
1. DOCKET: Docket Number
2. REFERENCE: Optional, this field populates Book In Reference
3. PRODUCT ID: Details of Products included
4. DATE FROM: Product Date (From)
5. DATE TO: Product Date (To)
Enter details for the Product Dates you wish to add/update, then save your document
Select file and click the 'Import' button
