Sales Order Quantities can be linked to a Production Order after the Production Order has been created. This will allow for you to view Docket Numbers within the Production Analysis area as well see the actual SO quantities on the Production Book Out/Book In area.
You have a Production Order already created within Production Book Out/Book In and this is reflected under "Docket Qty"
To link a Sales Order to an existing Production Order - you can now go to the Production Analysis area
The Tracking Column will currently suggest "Outstanding" which would mean that the Sales Order is not Linked (or ordered) to a Production Order.
You can now select all Products that you wish to link to an already created Production Order and select Add to Production Order
You can now select the Docket you wish to Link the Sales Order with
You will now be automatically directed to Production Book Out/Book and to the Docket Selected
You can now see the Quantities Selected within Production Analysis under "Linked SO".
You can now see Sales Order Quantities Linked on Production Book Out/Book In List View and in the Production Analysis area
